Novel Approach has been awarded both in 2009 and 2010 “Best Bracelet/Best in Show” and “Best Necklace” by the international Gems & Brios organization that is comprised of jewelry designers, jewelry vendors, and gemstone cutters. Novel Approach’s designs draw inspiration from trends in fashion. Kari Bryde states, “I love the personalities of fabric and clothing designs – they tell a story and jewelry is the punctuation.” The jewelry is created with genuine gemstones, pearls, and high- quality Swarovski crystals. Novel Approach creates jewelry to last a lifetime, therefore they only use non-plated metals such as sterling silver, gold-filled, and raw brass.
